Jay Fraser is an entrepreneur and business executive leading a security technology development firm focused on document security and identity and brand security technologies. He holds a MBA from Adelphi University and a BA from New York University. Mr. Fraser has an extensive background and understanding in homeland security related issues and law-enforcement technologies. He is currently founder and president of Tracer Detection Technology Corp. His background includes serving as a Research Professor for Technology Transfer at SUNY Farmingdale.
